idobi Radio’s Summer School tour is a touring festival celebrating alternative pop-punk up and coming bands. Each year the festival stops in alternative music capitals and markets across the nation including San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Charlotte, New York and Toronto.

Honey Revenge

A pop rock duo from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2021 by lead singer Devin Papadol and guitarist Donny Lloyd. They like to play their fan favourites Distracted, Recipe For Disaster and Worst Apology live. They seem to be making a pop sound but with distortion and grit and that is really showcased in their album Retrovision (2023).

South Arcade

South Arcade are a new rock band from Oxford, England who have been making waves in the music world after a series of viral videos of their band practice were leaked online. Their pop-rock pop-punk sound has drawn comparisons to Y2K-core and you can hear their pop-infused pop-punk anthems “Drive Myself Home”, “Unafraid” and “Silverlight” in their latest EP “PLAY!” (2025), which is fresh off the back of their December 2024 release “2005”.

Games We Play

A pop-punk trio band from Anaheim, California, made up of Emmyn Calleiro, Kyle Fink and Nick Lewert that were formed in 2015. They are known for creating some of the most emotional and beautiful pop-punk music ever. Their songs deal with many issues that many people can easily relate with such as quarter-life crisis and self improvement, which can be seen in songs like "Hey Ben", "Get A Job", and "I Hope You're Happy Now". Their new album If I'm Honest, was released in 2025, following up their debut album Life's Going Great, released in 2024.

Winona Fighter

A punk rock band originating from Nashville, Tennessee, consisting of vocalist Coco Kinnon, guitarist Dan Fuson and bassist/producer Austin Luther. They are equally high energy in their more aggressive song renditions of “I’m In The Market To Please No One”, “Swear To God That I’m Fine” and “Suburban Legend”. Their 2025 album entitled “My Apologies to the Chef” which fuses elements of 90’s alt/rock, punk and hardcore.

Chase Petra

Chase Petra is an indie rock quartet from Long Beach, California, formed in 2018 by lead singer Hunter Allen and drummer Evan Schaid and bassist Brooke Dickson. The band has played songs such as “Monet Issues”, “Liminal”, and their newest single “SARDS” which all pertain to the ideas of celebrity and the self in a constant state of limbo. Their debut album Liminal explores themes of coming of age and leaving the constraints of parents’ expectations in the dust while trying to find purpose in a confusing and chaotic world.
