And us here at The Fillmore Silver Spring are beyond excited to welcome the legendary Erykah Badu and the one-and-only hip hop don Alchemist to our stage this summer, as the two icons team up for the first time ever for their Abi & Alan Tour — coming through to Maryland on Saturday, August 17th, and one of the only stops on this ten show run across America celebrating their new goated album. This is one of the most highly anticipated shows of the entire year, with Badu, Alchemist, and Badu’s Band the Cannabinoids sharing the stage in celebration of their joint project, and bringing that rare mix of soul, hip-hop, jazz, and psychedelia that only these two could pull off together. All with it being Erykah’s first album in a decade and a half?? The moment is just… way too good to miss.
