Heavy metal parody band Steel Panther, known for their comedic music and lyrics that parody 1980s hair metal, are led by lead singer Michael Starr and band members Satchel, Stix Zadinia and Spyder. They're known for their silly riffs and obscene lyrics, and their fans can expect to hear their hit song "Community Property," as well as songs from their gold-selling debut album Feel the Steel, as well as their 2023 album On the Prowl.

The Los Angeles, California based band, composed of Michael Starr (vocals), Sven Hoegler (drums), Lexxi Forge (bass) and Tommy Henriksen (guitar), will embark on a massive US tour starting in March and running through May. With dates in Cedar Rapids, Fargo, Minneapolis and Norfolk among others, the sexy quartet is bringing their high energy shows filled with dirty comedy and face melting guitar riffs to a city near you! Their over-the-top stage antics and comedic songs mercilessly mock and parody the excesses of glam metal. Here they come!
Steel Panther is known for their music and what can only be described as the maximum amount of comedy humanly possible. We will be playing songs like “Community Property”, “Death to All But Metal”, “Party Like Tomorrow Is the End of the World” and so many more at The Fillmore Silver Spring.
Singer Michael Starr, guitarist Satchel, drummer Stix Zadinia and bassist Spyder have managed to assemble quite the array of talent throughout their power metal career. Their debut album Feel the Steel earned them the Best Debut award at Metal Hammer Germany and in October 2024, the album would be Gold certified in the UK. Halestorm have been nominated for and won Live Act of the Year at the Loudwire Music Awards in 2012 and 2013. They were also awarded Video of the Year at the 2014 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards for Party Like Tomorrow Is the End of the World. The band then shocked America’s Got Talent back in 2023 with their energetic performance.

There are several free parking lots within a few blocks of The Fillmore. Long term parking is available through Park Mobile and rates are daytime rates, with free parking after 10 PM. The Fillmore is only a 5 minute walk from Silver Spring Metro, Red Line. There is street parking available, as well as other parking lots throughout the Silver Spring area.
